Latest product updates, new features, and improvements.

We share notable product updates here. Dates and version numbers reflect our internal release cadence and may not list every change.

v2.11.0

Latest releaseAugust 2026
  • NewRoute planning is one screen: the map is the surface, the round sits beside it, and nothing hides behind a wizard step. Undo covers the destructive actions, and a selection of stops can be edited at once
  • NewDrivers see the next few days and accept them without driving them yet. Re-planning a day a driver has accepted asks him rather than overwriting him, and the desk can see a re-plan he has not confirmed
  • NewA stop can be added to a round already on the road, and a failed stop handed to another driver the same day
  • NewA round can start from the depot, the driver's home or wherever he already is, end somewhere other than where it began, and respect his shift
  • NewCompliance became a surface of its own: readiness against thirteen frameworks, controls, evidence, attestation and an export an auditor can read
  • NewThe report builder is a product in its own right, with real Excel and PDF exports, in your language; Spatial and Vision are products of their own too
  • ImprovedThe planner fits more stops into the same day. It tidies the order inside each round instead of keeping whatever the first pass built, and it searches twice and keeps the better plan. Measured over three independent sets of 120 generated Dutch delivery days: around 300 more stops planned and about 15% fewer kilometres, with not one day out of 360 worse on either count
  • ImprovedTravel time was re-measured against the routing engine leg by leg. Town hops between two shops were planned at 22 km/h where the real answer is 16, so a city round promised forty per cent more of its afternoon than it had
  • ImprovedThe stop time in your spreadsheet is recognised whatever you call it, in eight languages, and parcel counts and weights import too — so a van's capacity finally means something
  • ImprovedThe Working day field says when eight hours is our assumption rather than your setting, and a stop left out for time tells you how long the day is and where to change it
  • FixedThe planner could say the time was fully used beside a day of over nine hours: the drive back to the depot counted in the duration shown but not in the check for whether another stop fitted
  • FixedEvery robot and drone control button called an address that no longer exists, and reported success anyway. All of them work, and a failure now says so
  • FixedExporting a plan and importing it back lost the company name and the load, and opening a saved round replaced every company name with a bare street address
  • FixedA session that has ended says so and takes you to sign in, instead of leaving the page quietly failing against an API that is refusing it
  • FixedDriver-facing routes that answered to anybody are closed, and notifications are scoped to their workspace

v2.10.0

August 2026
  • NewTell the chat how to answer before you ask — a mode button beside the message box switches between letting the agent decide, searching the web, or researching a question in depth
  • NewPer-message options for image and text generation — orientation, size, quality and style — shown only where the model you are on supports them
  • NewIf you have only ever signed in with Google or Microsoft, you can now set a password from Settings or the Forgot password link, and keep using either
  • NewA new Credential guardrail stops an agent repeating an API key, access token or private key into a reply, a ticket or a log
  • ImprovedTesting a governance rule now runs it the way it runs in production — the Test button previously understood only five rule types and quietly reported a pass for the rest
  • ImprovedObserve-only guardrails no longer slow a response, so a new rule can be trialled on live traffic at no cost to the people using it; and deploying no longer cuts off calls in progress
  • FixedAgent chat could fail with a server error instead of replying, and the Datasources tab on an agent could not list, connect or disconnect anything
  • FixedSplitting a round across drivers produced routes with no path between the stops, and Spatial showed routes as numbered pins with nothing joining them — both now draw properly
  • FixedA voice agent could answer something the caller never said, because silence was occasionally transcribed as a polite sign-off
  • FixedThe assistant can now see your Sheets and Documents, and create a spreadsheet inside a Drive folder; adding stops to a route no longer reports success while dropping some of them
  • FixedSigning in with a capitalised email address no longer fails, and invitations now record whether the email was really delivered

v2.9.0

August 2026
  • NewEvery add-on now says where it came from — Official (built by us), Community (built by another customer and reviewed by us) or Private (built for your organisation and listed to nobody else)
  • NewPublish your own add-on from Marketplace → Your add-ons: start a draft, submit it for review, and see the decision and any reviewer notes in the same place
  • NewPrivate add-ons built for your organisation appear only in your Marketplace; no other customer can see or search for them
  • ImprovedDocumentation now walks through building and submitting an add-on end to end, including what happens during review
  • FixedThe social posting add-ons (LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Instagram) are withdrawn from the Marketplace while their publishing is finished. Anything already installed keeps working

v2.8.0

August 2026
  • NewSplit a planned round across several drivers — it now creates a separate route for each of them
  • NewSupport access is yours to approve — a request has to be accepted by you, is limited to one workspace, expires on its own, and is named on screen while in use
  • NewCall recording consent — callers are told when a call is transcribed, and opting out genuinely stops it
  • ImprovedRoute exports include the assigned driver, with a proper Excel export alongside CSV; invitations show whether the email actually arrived, with resend and a copyable link
  • ImprovedDutch, French and Arabic are fully translated, and the documentation shows only the features your workspace actually has
  • FixedStart, Pause and Resume on a dispatch now work, and recurring route schedules now run — dispatching to the driver and sending customer tracking links as intended
  • FixedAutomatic carry-over rolls to the first day with room instead of giving up, and spreadsheet imports handle semicolon-separated CSVs and keep the company name on each row
  • FixedPhone calls on Gemini connect properly and are transcribed; a multilingual agent transcribes whichever language the caller speaks, and background conversation is no longer attributed to the caller
  • FixedCalls made from a CRM record are logged as activities, and in the driver app rerouting no longer repeats endlessly or covers the map

v2.7.0

July 2026
  • NewA rebuilt route planner that guides you step by step and checks each step before you continue, so you never reach the end with something missing
  • NewDrag stops into the order you want and assign the driver right inside the planner
  • NewSee each stop’s expected arrival time before you dispatch, based on live traffic, with clear warnings when a stop would run late or clash with another
  • NewGive any stop a preferred arrival window, imported from a spreadsheet column or set by hand, and the plan works around it
  • NewSave any route as a reusable template and start future routes from it in one click
  • NewChoose per route whether customers are notified when it is dispatched, and set vehicle height, weight and length so routing avoids roads it cannot take
  • ImprovedDrivers now see the planned arrival time for every stop in the app, so they always know whether they are ahead of or behind schedule

v2.6.0

July 2026
  • NewYour AI assistant knows your team — ask who your drivers are or who’s on shift right now, answered from your roster and schedules
  • NewAI agents can run your warehouse from chat — receive, adjust, move and cycle-count stock, and create or update products
  • NewAI agents can work your Inbox — find, reply to, assign and close tickets, with replies sent over each conversation’s own channel (email, SMS or web chat)
  • NewBulk-import CRM contacts from an Excel or CSV — your agent maps the columns, creates any missing companies and adds everyone
  • NewAgents can alert your team with an in-app notification when something needs attention
  • ImprovedAgents know exactly what they can do — and every ability stays controlled per agent, with sensitive actions requiring approval

v2.5.0

July 2026
  • NewSmarter delivery planning — flags a day that won’t fit driving and stop time in a driver’s shift, and moves the overflow stops to another day
  • NewCarry over unfinished deliveries to another day or driver — manually, automatically by your assignment rules, or on a nightly schedule
  • NewDeliveries respect your customers’ opening hours from CRM — nothing is scheduled outside business hours, with a manual override when you need it
  • NewBulk actions and Excel/CSV import across Fleet, plus automatic “arriving soon” customer SMS, traffic-aware ETAs and live traffic on the map
  • NewYour AI agents can run the fleet end-to-end — assign, cancel and reroute routes, carry over stops and notify customers of delays
  • NewNative Grok Voice and Gemini Live for real-time voice calls, in the browser and on the phone
  • NewWork your CRM faster — click-to-call, SMS and email from any record, a Files tab, and CRM-wide search

v2.4.0
